Leasing Details

This Park Terrace apartment, Unit B5-2, is offered for lease at the rate of $400 NZD per week and is available for occupancy from now until the 25th of November.

The unit comes fully furnished with all necessary chattels and initial supplies (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and etc.) and the unit includes its own dedicated underground parking spot and a video intercom system to control access for your visitors.

You will need to pay for your own electic power, telephone and Internet services. We will provide you with information about who to call to setup these services. Water is provided free to complex residents.

You will be provided with two electronic cards which are required to access the complex's walk-in entry gates, your building, the complex's health centre, the garage and the elevators. You will also receive a separate electronic card which permits your vehicle to enter the complex via the vehicle gate. And, finally, you will receive two standard keys which open the door to your specific apartment.

Your Residential Tenancy Agreement will state several requirements that you should be prepared to agree to if you wish to lease this unit. These requirments are as follows:

  • Three weeks of rent will be required to be held in a Bond to be placed with the Department of Buidling and Housing.
  • There will be no smoking allowed in the unit.
  • If you smoke on the balcony, no butts may be thrown from the balcony.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Sub-leasing this apartment is not allowed.
  • A maximum of two adults are permitted to live in this apartment.
  • A tenants must abide by the Complex's Body Corporate Rules (which will be provided).
  • The carpets are to be shampooed by the tenant at lease-end by a commercial cleaner at the tenant's expense.
  • Weekly rent to be paid by direct bank transfer, unless other arrangements are agreed in advance.
